How it works

Step 1

Free discovery call

First, you complete a simple form and book a date for our call. We’ll have a quick chat about the task details and my design process to determine if we are a good fit.

Step 2

Contract & invoice

You’ll receive a proposal based on your form and our call. After your approval, I’ll send you a contract and the invoice. You’ll also receive support materials with details about the design process and other information you need to know.

Step 3

Asana setup

We’ll set up your space in Asana and show you how to create and assign tasks in a video call. In this way, we ensure a quick and smooth collaboration throughout the month. *You’ll also have the option to book video calls and meetings when necessary.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to complete tasks?

Generally, tasks are completed within 2-3 business days.

The guaranteed time frame is 5 business days for simple tasks (estimated at less than 2h) and 10 business days for larger tasks. Rush delivery is available, when needed at an increased rate.

 

*These estimates apply to clients who decide to use their hours on the same day.

 

How many hours can I book?

You can book a minimum of 10 hours per month.

 

What if I don't use all my hours?

Hours not use will roll over once. After that, they will expire. It is important to know that they are only valid if the contract is still active the following month.

What if I need more than the hours I booked?

Additional hours added in the middle of the month will be subject to my standard hourly rates and availability.

 

Can I get a discount?

Yes, you can. You can get up to a 15% discount on the purchase of one of our signature packages (Branding Starter Package or WordPress Starter Package).

If you have already had worked with us, you’ll be able to purchase the Brand Maintenance Package at a discounted price. Let us know if you’re interested!

How do the payments work?

Payment will be due on the 1st of each month. We’ll send you a recurring invoice, so you never have to worry about forgetting.
