How do I qualify for referral credit?
You must be a current customer who does not have overdue bills. In order to qualify for the credit, your friend must become a new customer by purchasing one of our services.
How long is the referral credit valid?
You can use your credit whenever you want. However, you’re limited to using it for up to 1 year after you received your credit, after which it expires.
What if I’m not a customer and want to refer?
Don’t worry. You can still join the referral program and use your credit on your first project with us.
Who can I refer?
You can refer friends or family who are not currently customers.
How do I make a referral?
You just have to complete the form with your friend’s name and email. The rest is with us.
How many friends can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of referrals. However, you’re limited to receiving a maximum of 1,500 DKK in credits per year.
If I was referred, can I send a referral too?
Yes, you can. You just need to use the form on our website, informing your friend’s name and e-mail.
My friend is already a customer, but I was the one who told them about JMS Design. Can I still get referral credit?
In this case, in order to qualify for referral credit, you need to contact us first. We’ll guide you on what to do to get your credit.

How do I redeem the referral?
Once you are referred we’ll send you an e-mail with a simple form and an option to book a discovery call. In our call, we’ll talk about your project and see if we’re a good fit. After the call, I’ll send you a proposal, the contract, and the invoice. You can use your credit on this project or save it for later.
If I was referred by more than one person, can I get credit more than once?
Sorry, you can only accept referral credit once.
