With this package, you have our Designer’s full attention for one working day. Together, you’ll decide exactly what will be done and what materials are needed beforehand. The VIP Day Package is based on a set of 8 hours. Note that, in some cases, depending on how big is the project, there won’t be specific deliverables at the end of the day.
Our goal is to get your project as far as we can in one day. That’s why is critical that you have all the information and materials necessary, and as much as focus possible for the day. The end result will also depend on how much feedback and information the designer will get from you.

Discovery Call
After you submit your enquiry we’ll book a quick virtual meeting. In it, we’ll talk about your project’s details and our design process. Together we’ll determine if we are a good fit.
The Details
After you signed the contract and pay the invoice we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire and checklist with everything we’ll need for the day.
The Work
We start working on your project and will communicate with progress updates and questions. If necessary, we’ll have a call to clarify the details.
Project Wrap-up
At the end of the day, you’ll get a final progress update. On the next day you’ll receive your final files, guidelines, and one week of design support via e-mail.

The total investment is 2,500 DKK. The payment is made at the beginning of the process after you signed your contract.
How many hours will you work?
You’ll have the Designer’s full, undivided attention for 8 hours. These hours take place between 8 am till 5 pm.

Yes, you can. We are free to do up to 1 “VIP Day Package” per week and 4 a month. You can reach out to know more about scheduling larger projects.
Do I need to be present for our VIP Day Package?
Yes, please make sure you have available time for the day. We’ll have scheduled check-in times throughout the day where we’ll show you progress and ask for feedback.
What do I need to have done for our VIP Day Package?
Before our day starts we’ll need your design wishlist in the order of importance to you. After that, we’ll send you a detailed checklist with things like your editable mockups, images, logos, font files, style guide, and client content.
