How it works

Step 1

Free discovery call

First, you complete a simple form and book a date for our call. We’ll have a quick chat about your website’s details and my design process to determine if we are a good fit. You’ll receive a proposal based on your form and our call. After your approval, I’ll send you a contract and the invoice.

Step 2

Design & strategy

We’ll have a 30 min kickoff video call where we’ll help you pinpoint your ideal clients and how best to serve them with your website. After that, we’ll define your aesthetic to create a visual impact. We will also choose the best templates and plugins for your website.

Step 3

Execution & review

After you approve the concept, we apply its functions to your website operations. From there, with your feedback, we focus on refinements until we have the perfect website design for your business.

Step 4

Training & launch

We’ll go through all the details to ensure the design authentically represents your brand. Before you launch, you’ll also receive a 60-minute training session to ensure you’re comfortable maintaining and updating your website.

Maintenance add-on

A monthly retainer add-on to take care of all your design assets. From social media graphics to landing pages, we’ll take care of your day-to-day design needs so you can focus on your business.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

The total investment is 7,000 DKK + VAT. The payment is made at the beginning of the project after you signe your contract.

 

How do add-ons work in this package?

With add-ons, you have the opportunity to include services at a discounted fee. You can get an 800 DKK discount by adding a Social media add-on (2 social profiles + 10 social media post templates) for an additional 1,825 DKK + VAT or you can get a 1,000 DKK discount by adding a maintenance add-on for an additional 3,000 DKK + VAT.

How long will it take?

You can expect the whole project to take about 5 weeks, from the moment I start the development process to the launch. This includes 1 week of revisions.

 

Will I be able to see the designs as you're working on them?

Yes, you will. I’ll give you access to a development site so you can check in whenever you’d like. 

Do I need to have a WordPress Template to start the project?

Not necessarily. I can help you find the best template for you if you’d like. Please note that the template cost is not included in the package.

 

Do you work with other CMS platforms?

We work primarily with WordPress. However, we are open to changing platforms after a close examination – This might extend the project timeline.

 

What do you need from me?

I’ll send you a detailed checklist once we’re set with the contract and down payment. This checklist might grow during the development of the project, depending on your needs.

Is the quote you'll give me before we begin the final price?

The total price of the package is based on a website developed in WordPress. It does not include complex coding. In case your site needs extra help, I can connect you with high-quality professionals that can co-sign the package; that way, you’ll pay for everything together.
